Description
European and Canadian experts talk about how to implement car-free neighbourhoods and try to answer the question: What kind of problems will we face in carrying out such innovative projects?
This symposium addresses in particular those professionals who are looking for ways to make active transportation and public transit more attractive for residents, merchants, and commuters.
Several case studies present ways to facilitate alternate modes of transportation in northern climate cities.
