Come out and join us for the launch of the Green Neighbourhood Plan for Southeastern NDG!
The Green Neighbourhood Plan was developed as part of the Green, Active, and Healthy Neighbourhoods pilot project in Southeastern NDG. The project, launched in June 2010, involved neighbourhood residents in a participatory planning process. The Green Neighbourhood Plan is the result of this process, which was carried out by the MUEC in partnership with Mobiligo, the Centre de gestion des déplacements (Commuter management Center), and the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grace Borough.
Come discover the Green Neighbourhood Plan! It’s a valuable tool with ideas that were developed through analysis of the current situation in Southeastern NDG, a long-term vision, and citizen’s desired changes.
This tool is yours to redefine public spaces (streets) in Southeastern NDG and to create safe, user-friendly, and attractive places for pedestrains and cyclists. The implementation of the Plan's proposals will, over time, make Southeastern NDG a greener, more active, and healthier neighbourhood.
Because HERE our neighbourhood is going to change!
