Public disclosure of the Green, Active, and Healthy Neighbourhood Plan for Southeastern NDG

Today, the Montréal Urban Ecology Centre (MUEC), Mobiligo, and the NDG Community Council publicly launched the Green, Active, and Healthy Neighbourhood Plan (GHAN) for Southeastern NDG. “This plan has more than sixty recommended actions that favour active transportation and safer walking conditions in Southeastern Notre-Dame-de-Grâce,” says Luc Rabouin, executive director of the MUEC. The GHAN Plan for Southeastern NDG, presented at the Saint-Raymond Community Centre, was widely welcomed by elected officials from the borough of Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (CDN—NDG), and the borough mayor, Michael Applebaum, announced the implementation of three recommended actions in early 2012. (Read the PDF for the entire text)
