About Green, Active, Healthy Neighbourhoods

The project Green, Active, Healthy Neighbourhoods in Mercier-Est, or Green Neighbourhood in Mercier-Est, aims at rethinking city planning to promote walking, cylcling and other active transportation modes.

Green Neighbourhood in Mercier-Est is one of the two first pilot projects, part of a larger initiative, premiers projets-pilotes d'une initiative plus large, the Green, Active, Healthy Neighbourhoods.

Who are our partners ?

Green, Active, Healthy Neighbourhoods is a Montreal Urban Ecology Center  initiative with the collaboration of the Coalition québécoise sur la problématique du poids.

Green Neighbourhood in Mercier-Est
is a project carried by Solidarité Mercier-Est, with the support of Mercier‐Hochelaga‐Maisonneuve Borough and the assistance of the Montreal Urban Ecology Center.
